Create your new account in Symbaloo. Symbaloo will be your desktop organizational tool. Open this Class Website, copy the URL, create a tile and save it to your Symbaloo WebMix. 1. Create an account on LinkedIn and set up your profile. Create a tile on your Symbaloo webmix that you created. 2. Visit and explore Axtell ISD and save it to your Symbaloo WebMix. Discuss Class Procedures and learn how to properly use the class materials and student trays. 3. Set up your class file folders. 4. Fill out the Digital Student Contact Card and Email it to me. 5. Create your own Weebly website. This will serve as your e-Portfolio for this class which will be 50% of your class final. Go to www.students.weebly.com and set up your accounts. 6. I will set up your Microtype accounts and you will take the pretyping assessment. 7. This isn't something that especially bothers me, but there are others who are very sensitive to being addressed by their first names. When in doubt, use Mr., Mrs., Ms., or Dr. (if appropriate). When you are replying to an email and the sender of the original message has used his or her first name only, then you
could safely assume it's okay to use that person's first name as well.
